Once a payment gateway transfer or wallet deposit is finalized, it cannot be refunded back to your original payment method under any circumstances. Any attempt to force external gateway chargebacks or open fraudulent payment disputes will result in the immediate and permanent disabling of your account profile.

2. Order Cancellations & System Account Credits

Orders submitted to our server tracking streams cannot be manually modified, canceled, or refunded after placement. In the event that our network encounters a delivery failure, the system will automatically void the transaction and issue an immediate partial or full refund as internal account credit on your dashboard. Misplaced orders, private destination links, or entries pointing to non-existent handles do not qualify for support, and no balance returns will be given.

3. Critical Link & Target Restrictions

An active order will be automatically processed, locked, and marked as 100% completed by the server with no refund if any of the following occurrences take place:

  • The destination username, link direction, or handle is hidden, restricted, or changed mid-delivery.
  • The targeted social media account is blocked, suspended, or banned by the parent platform.
  • The content contains restricted 18+ nudity, explicit material, or text that violates social community safety guidelines.
  • The targeted account is set to a private status profile. Ensure accounts are 100% public before submission.

4. Overlapping Servers & High Initial Counts

Do not use or place orders with multiple servers at the same time for the same destination page or tracking link. Our counter metrics cannot distinguish overlapping delivery flows, and no refunds or refills will be provided for these logs. Furthermore, if your targeted page already possesses a high initial count of over 100k+ followers, likes, or views before ordering, it will completely bypass refill protections as our server cannot verify the source of the drop.

5. Processing Windows & Support Communication

For services that include automatic refills, speed updates, or tracking status investigations, the standard server processing window is up to 24 hours from when the support ticket was opened. Attempting to abuse our customer care chat, use profanity, or coerce our agents into bypassing established legal protocols will result in the immediate closure of your tickets and termination of your account workspace.
